Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return back on the road to our warehouse.

After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
